FIA Innovation Challenge
In 2024, the FIA General Secretariat for Automobile Mobility launched the FIA Innovation Challenge, a global challenge designed to spotlight and accelerate FIA Mobility Members’ cutting-edge initiatives that drive growth, development and knowledge-sharing.
By giving Members a platform to showcase their best projects, the challenge aims to promote the transformative power of the FIA community worldwide while fostering exchange and collaboration.
The first edition of the challenge edition received 44 submissions from across the four Mobility Regions. Click here to view the full list and detailed descriptions of each submitted project.
The judging panel of the challenge — which represented the four Regions, the Mobility Commissions, and the FIA Administration and was selected to ensure a balanced and comprehensive evaluation of the submitted projects — convened in July to evaluate the projects and select, for each Region, three Finalists and one Winner.
The 12 Regional Finalists were announced during the summer and recognised during their respective regional Congresses.
The 4 Global Winners were announced in October and awarded at the Membership Benefits Forum during the FIA General Assemblies week in Kigali.
